It's very very good and really refreshing. Stuck to his word as well and not loads off blatant product plugs and advertising.

Time will tell if it's sustainable.
It is not funded by advertising. The intent is that you watch it and then donate what you think the content is worth. The problem with that is most guys consider this to be free footage as can be seen in post 8.
I'm considering ditching Laneys and Cyp and just sending Joe a fiver a month. The content so far has been great.

I really hope he can make it work, I guess with it being on youtube it is so easy to just watch and then move on.
I would like to give him some cash but how do you? He will have to work on making it easy, or giving an incentive for people to go to the little bit of effort to do it. Maybe all names in a hat and winner gets a session with him or something.
I have a CYP subscription, no problem having this one too, don't buy mags anymore so works out about the same.

I think the "trial period" of donations will end and it will become subscription based once he has built up a good following. without building up a following it just simply wouldn't work as no one would know what the content was like,good or bad.

Cheers, just found it using my laptop. I watch all of the videos on the youtube app on an Apple TV, this removes any links.
This is the point, Elliot just gets my cash without me even noticing!

Very nice watch. Don't believe in a strict subscription model tbh. Maybe something like a freemium model would work, free 20 mins episodes, unlock the full version for 1 pound/euro/btc:P. But, again, very nice watch.
