Hi all, just purchased a ridgemonkey toastie stove as I'm sick of the same food every trip.

What's everyone's favourite toastie??
Only so many ham and cheese I can eat

What, in a toaster?

Cook it first and then toast it?

From scratch.Cook your chicken, open the r.m slightly to empty the juice out, fully open add peppers and onion and cook til they soften.Open up the r.m pop on a wrap, close and turn over add cheese then another wrap.Close and trim the access wrap sticking out, lightly toast the wrap both sides, pop onto a plate and add salsa job done

So much you can cook. My favourite sandwich is Brie bacon and cranberry paninis.

Ciabatta cut in half and toasted on the inside. Spread oneside with pizza tomato topping sprinkle some gratted cheese mozzarella is best. Lay on slices of pepperoni I like to crisp them up first by cooking them. Close with other slice of Ciabatta
and toast both sides.
