Are you looking for a particular bait you can't remember the name of or just one that matches the profile?
I had carp company make me up some black opm in the past, they're happy to do custom orders if your buying over 20kgs
The black colour doesnt last long in any black bait I've had from any company

I was also going to suggest that essential might do a black creamseed as a special if you asked them nicely.

I messaged ABS a couple of years ago about doing me a black bait for a shallow clear water I was fishing, they suggested I bait with added black colouring.

As someone said below black baits seem to fade very quickly

I've heard the same black snail baits may be better If you really need black baits. Plenty of dark coloured fishmeal baits out there.

Agree, if this is to avoid bird life then black tigers is the way to go. All black boilies turn a bright grey after 10 mins on the deck.
Of course, it may not be to avoid bird life.

I tried it for birds, but obviously it didn't really work. Found it great for a stalking bait on a really sandy bottomed lake tho
