Just been watching Adam penning on you tube, he was talking about the pressure he was getting to leave the lake after catching most of the A-team, red card txt etc he wanted to carry on as he's enjoying the lake,
Should people be pressured off the lake if they still like fishing it or is it just being selfish? His compromise was if he started getting recaptures
Should it be up to the individual or of members?

His ticket cost the same as everybody else's, so **** um. It's up to him.

Does it work the other way, do all the members ask another member to leave if he doesn't catch his fair share, so he's not taking up a swim that a more successful angler could use.

Petty jealousy I think and sadly another reason why it's just best not to tell anyone you've caught anything in this day and age.

Take this scenario:
An angler fishes his local lake, because it is local, because it suits his lifestyle. He may not have the money to fish elsewhere.
He enjoys his fishing, he does not have to travel far.

He has caught every fish in there, but should he leave because of having caught them all?

It is entirely down to the angler concerned whether they choose to leave or stay.

I would also like to point out that if you happen to see me on the bank and I tell you I've caught nothing, it's because I've actually caught nothing. I never do!!

I would leave when I was ready to leave.What video is it?

I personally only fish for a max of 3-4 hours at a time, so understandably don't want to lose too much time travelling. This leaves me a fairly limited number of lakes to fish. Ive fished these lakes on and off for 25 years, have i caught all the fish, its possible, do i still enjoy fishing them? Very much so. Am i likely to move off of them any time soon? Its unlikely. I still get the excitement when i find feeding fish so im happy.
On the other side of the coin i joined a syndicate after a very long wait and only fished it the one season, i caught 68 of the approx 120 fish, on top of that i had recaptures on some of the 30s up to 7 times, despite not having all the gooduns i left as the place was to predictable and easy and i never felt any sense of achievement.

It can only be for the individual to decide what they enjoy about fishing a particular lake and if and when it is time to move on. Fishing isnt and shouldnt in my eyes be results driven.

When it becomes popular and swim choice an issue is when I leave.

He paid to fish like everyone else, sounds like others on the lake need to grow a pair and look at why they're not catching rather than bitching and moaning

based on what AP says he has every right to fish it as long as he wants

there's often two sides to every story though

Green Eyed Monster syndrome rearing its head again...His Money...His ticket...His duration on there-Not theirs to stipulate. Flip the situation around what if he was either blanking or it was a 'local' catching the A team..what then ?

As others have already said. He pays the same money as everyone else and has the same opportunities as everyone else. I could understand it if he was on there seven days a week
Personally I would want him on the lake to learn from him x he must be doing either something no one else is doing or a very good angler - either way would certainly want to pick his brains
Only he should decide when it's time for him to move on. How sad some carp anglers are today. If he leaves do they think they will then catch those fish
He can't be doing it for the publicity because people don't want to see photos of the same angler catching the same fish all the time
