i think its a step to far personally, i thnk if i hooked every carp that ever picked up my rig then it sort of ruins it for me. i like the fact that i can get done by carp (i think🤔 
and fish can be good at getting rid of rigs, and therefore why certain carp avoid getting caught. i duno carnt really explain it but just dosnt sit right with me wich is strange coz i allways try and make my rigs better, but when the ultimate rig comes along i dont like it. who knows it might not be as good as ali is making out. although i must say having hooked every carp that picked it up is bloody good, because anyone who has seen korda or cyp films will know that doesn't happen normally

Once those arm bend a bit it there will be trouble with its effectiveness also. I'm guessing it will be around 10 quid for three in a pack. Interesting to see how this pans out.

My exact thoughts when i watched it were about a fish getting snagged if you ever had a crack off.... lot of plastic and no way for mainline to part from it of the leadclip
Also seen comments ref the side arm design and damage to fish in net etc

The bloke is a great salesman . He is very lucky that every item omc sell is the best in the world 😁 , and of you shout it long and hard enough people believe it . Break it down they sell the majority of the same gear as many many companies, even the clothing is nothing special , and can be bettered from lots of other places , even sports shops .

I just don't think that it works! I watched the video last night and, let's be honest, if I thought it would get me extra bites then I would consider it. The very fact that the terrapin didn't set it off just showed that it won't work. Those pulls the terrapin was making were considerably more powerful than a fish handling the bait and then ejecting it or, more likely, it falling out of its' mouth. IMO each of the fish shown was hooked by the lead as per usual. I'm not a hater btw!

Nobody's a hater , just making comments, but in your own fishing unless you see the fish pick it up and see it crack open you will never know . Clever thing is as it goes over the net and it's tripped you will always think it's done the trick when the carp could have made the mistake anyway .

Not sure how you put a photo up but from the image that's shows the 3 different lead sizes I can't see the arms out like in post 122. When I watched the vid I felt it was the lead that hooked the fish. Like other have said feels very much like a sales tactic to get into to your head that you need it.

I'll not be using it, want the least amount of crap on my line, don't even use lead clips, just a run ring with the lug cut to allow the lead to discharge if snagged. Can imagine day ticket waters banning as fish trailing even more stuff if line breaks

Watched the vid. Still not sure how it works? But as Ali mentioned they will go further into the mechanics at a later date. First impressions. It does look a bit cumbersome. Great biggin of plastic between the lead and hooklenght. Actually preferred the inventors heath Robinson version, a lot neater. 
Don't think hes going to get many takers with the bearded Yellow wader strap brigade. Doubt it would sit to well on there little leaded stiff link set ups. No matter how effective it turns out to be. But I'm sure there not the demographic OMC are aimed at anyway. As for the Peeps saying its not fish friendly. It's no less friendly than that bent piece of metal we all have on the end anyway.

I would also worry about it getting snagged in the net mesh. That's how a lot of mouth tears occur IMO

Also just watched it.
The vid doesnt overly excite me, but as stated previously, there's more to come.
In the clips of the takes, i couldnt exactly see what was going on, didnt see the "arms" open post the take, but that may well just have been me.
jury open in my book.
It will however, be very interesting to see what the country's lake owner's think of it, not the ones they have possible connections with.

yeah very much this.
a solution looking for a problem.
its "another" piece of plastic being introduced into "our" fishing when i think we should be trying to remove the amount of such things that we are using.
i mean is there a demand for such a thing?
there must be for them to put some much effort into it as they attempt to find something which hooks EVERYTHING all the time.
what happened to being there and enjoying all that fishing has to offer its not just all about catching is it?
and for the record im not hating on OMC as i like the look of some of the other products they supply

When you add silly hats , ready made leaders , tied to a ready made rig , with a bright aligner , a bright baitscrew , now something that hooks the fish for you , then you know who will buy it .
