To be fair Frenzy there's a lot of s**t spouted from those without any knowledge or experience, it boils my blood sometimes...not too disimilar to AT being able to define 15 in a work party is safe. Only embarrassed for my posts being off topic (as others) not about the content.

You're missing the point like all the minority 'big noisers' charging to their keyboards lately.
What about the low paid workers who are being forced to work, have a day off and want to get out in the fresh air where they won't meet anyone.
What about the people who live in flats with no gardens?
To all of you guys advocating hardcore lockdown, try and be a bit more open minded.
I have worked throughout the pandemic, and need hospital treatment.
Getting out on my own, social distancing, is a pill I need.

Not much going for it health wise in a council estate or heavily populated urban area.
Also, much safer to go fishing where you can social distance much better.

Hey up Danny, I worked all the way through last year, I was going to say unfortunately but I suppose it gave me purpose in a way
I guess it affects everybody different and we all have different ways to manage what we are doing. Some people are fed up been at home, I'm fed up with been at work, rather be fishing but at least I have a job at the moment!
I'm not sure, I have always seen life as a balancing act but I do like to feel like I have achieved something if I have been working all day. Walking the dog is a good solution for me, usually walk round local lakes with a bag of bait
When you look into it the list is endless, the main limitation is for us to get of our arses and do something instead of watching the TV!
We can still go out and exercise, we can still do a lot of things when you really think about it, I've been walking the local rivers and woods for a change, nature watch, loving it

Watch what you say scozza, too much common sense there.

it's rare for scozza but yeah - suggesting that you can get fresh air and exercise without a fishing rod is definitely sense. if not exactly 'common' on here....
