I'm with you all the way. Except I have lost six leads in a 48 hour session due to bringing fish in through / over weedbeds so I would have had to go home after day one without any more spare leads.

Not really a fan, more an esp fan but do love his rods except the 12ft 9 inch distance model. Big fan of the new net and 12ft 3lb classics,

I know what you mean Mark..
I keep all my leads in my 4x4,....to be honest in the summer,or when weather ok,I drive across fields and park close to the lake,
I'm not a fan of carrying lots of gear ,when I think back I've always been like it,even before the lightweight trend
