To be fair I get your point in terms of annoying 'named' or 'consultant' anglers but you need to at least have a gander at these two lads as IMO they are a breath of fresh air given the rest of the total carp BS out there.
Not only have they paved their own way (from boyhood) by simply recording their exploits and sharing it digitally (this is what all kids do these days by the way) but they're naturally talented, well spoken and inoffensive . . . their content and the way its produced is top notch in terms of visual quality and they capture the 'spirit' of fishing incredibly well.
Its no surprise that Korda have got their teeth into them - they are masters of marketing in this arena and the future of carping needs kids like this as without them it will be full of old codgers if its not already . . .! As others have said - hopefully they'll keep it real and wont sell out too quick . . good luck to them both I say - if you can fish and get paid to do it at such a young age then you're more successful than most of us . . !

I've never found these to guys one bit interesting, not a jot. If I see their stuff come up on YouTube I just skip past it. They bore me to tears. They have skills in both fishing and editing videos ect respect to them... only recently watched thier videos and I'm impressed... any one who knocks them is jelous or just a keyboard....

Once again the "jealousy" card comes out.
Jealous of what? No-one seems to be able to provide a decent answer to this.
If you want to live in the Truman show, with your brother and his Mrs under the same roof, good luck to you. I doubt we'll see much of the footage whereby one of them spent four days on a lake for one small mirror. That is four days of zero content, zero views, zero pence in the coffers. As much as they must love the fishing, too many of them will hurt, hence the need in a lot of their videos to catch quantity over quality.
If you're happy to lose four days wages to blank your nads off and have absolutely nothing to show for it, then fair enough. The vast majority of us though are quite content with doing overnighters and catching a few nice ones along the way. The thought of fishing with a camera lens constantly in my face, or having to walk into a swim four times to get the right in focus shot of a stinging nettle?....you can keep it.
I enjoy their content, and have done so for a few years now. Would I want their life over my own? No chance. I'm quite happy with the mortgage, wife, 2.4 children and a well paid role which affords me to buy what I want and go fishing when I want, not because I have to.

I personally think they are good for angling they bring a balance to the tattoo chavs , face pubes wannabes .
The life jacket concerns are very valid. I remember getting the call about Selleck and Dunn on Savay year's ago..... Devastated !!!! A life jacket would of saved their lives.
