Yes Ivy (L) and Ellis I found the best bits, though I'd have much rather preferred Pinge than the Northwyke chapter which was a bit pointless. Excellent book though.

I read it chapter a day to make it last a little longer (pathetic as hell I know) but one thing is clear boy do you guys have some nice waters or is terry just a master of finding them (quiet, not a lot of anglers around etc)...

They all died, 16 or so big carp a few smaller ones, big perch like 5lb plus, big pike and lots of jacks. The suprising thing were the amount of big eels in there but we think a lot of these survived. Dont think they are going to restock.

I must admit, I'm a couple of chapters in and so far it's all very samey. I'm not feeling it yet however I'm sure I will soon, might give it another whirl after a break..... or we get locked down properly again and books become my only escape!

Agree, not a patch on his first or second, for me though both his and micky's first are two of the best I've read.

Ditto. A few chapters in and thought I would find putting it down at night hard based on some comments but so far not found anything overly inspiring. Not bad, but equally nothing special, so far. Kind of looking forward to finishing this and starting Oz's book which I got for Xmas. Also really want to get Micky Grays books as they sound great, with Micky being named dropped quite a lot by Tel in this book

It felt rushed, that's my only comment. Loved the book
But chapters felt condensed and rushed and didn't explore the full depth of his time spent in the bank.
