Hmm, yeah, looked at B5. Like you say, have to spend a fair bit to get bit of money off.

Anyone used both sticky baits krill and blood worm shelf lifes?
Looking at using one of them.

Checkout Johnson Ross website for decent prices on the sticky krill, frozen or shelfies

Been looking at JR site.
Think I just have to accept when swapping to another bait company, can't get what I call decent price on 10kg+

Plenty of people. Those prices are no better than me walking in my local tackle shop. Go outdoors used to do some better deals

They are little more than euro grade floor sweepings. Awful quality

If had to chose only one it would be B5 as well. Had one of my best sessions on a hard local water using B5.

My go to shelf life always used to be The Source, would still have no problem with using it straight out of the bag.

Likewise. There is t a shelf life on the market as good as a quality freezer bait, but those source shelf ives do catch their fair share.

I love the frozen B5, used it for years. I find the hardness of the shelflifes puts me off, should it not?

I have never used the B5 freezers. Living outside the UK, I don't have the opportunity to buy freezers, but I have used the shelfies for years now and when I blank I never feel it had anything to do with the bait. I sometimes soak them in the water from my boiled hemp or the B5 liquid food but i doesn't seem to make them much softer. They can still be used as hookbaits.
