Mine has been delivered today ,corners and spine damaged . I buy books to read and collect , I knew this would not be a collectors item because it would have a large print , but even so it should arrive in undamaged condition .

Received Terrys book today in Belgium, damaged as well, not to bad but enough to make my angry a little bit. Ordered some kids book few days a go and it came properly packed and corners protected. p.s Did anyone maybe see Mike Willmotts Carp life (first one) for sale somewhere? how much do they go for if anyone knows?

@midlandman. You'll love it mate. I'm a bit of a collector of carp books, I have a bookcase full, but there are only a small handful I go back to read again. This is one of them, 100%.

Missed out on a first edition due to moving house & no reliable internet connection, but looks like I didn't miss out on the "good experience" from the Calm website! Will have to hope I can get one of the second edition prints in the New Year as not going to be paying inflated prices.
