Priority is giving share holders a fat dividend not the paying customers a good service, never mind, when these companies have been bled dry and no longer making the shareholders big money the government will step in and the tax payer will have to foot the bill

Since privatisation about 47 billion has been taken out of the business and sent abroad in dividends. It a bloody disgrace.

Where I live,there is four huge water tankers, pumping and taking water from both ends of our village, apparently this excess is being used to keep water supplies going in Bude ,Stratton areas ,as now there us not enough available to those areas..
Why didn't they factor this in when thousands of new homes are being planned for my area..the infrastructure is not there...
Also,I,and many originals in this area have not forgotten the Camelford water disaster,via aluminium sulphate..all which was brushed under carpet..,and its effects ,still today in evidence..
Anyone interested, in what the government and corporate industries do to cover stuff up

Water levels are low on Alton Water, I reckon at least 4metres down from 'normal'. It is going to take 5 or 6 metres of water to fill it to 100%.
My lake levels are probably a metre down from full. Some areas you can see fish feeding with their backs out, and even gulls can reach baits on the bottom in some areas.
The big thunderstorm on Tuesday made hardly any difference, although a lake further up the valley is being pumped out to desilt it this week, and the water will come into our inlet stream.

Unfortunately I know a lot about this ,here's why ..I'd not long been married and was working at Dairy Crest right near to the remote lower Moor treatment works..
On my break,I drank some water from the communal fountain,I immediately spate it out as it tasted like the hydrochloric acid I sometimes got a bit on my, lips during routine rez testing on milk samples ,if you got a clot in mouth pipetting samples from all dairy farms in this area..
I got home ,and my wife said don't drink the water...,the lower Moor treatment plant had been poisoned by deadly aluminium sulphate,and locals were told to carry on drinking it,as it was safe..
One lady I worked with Mrs Diane King ,unbeknownst washed hair ,it turned green and fell out,another person opposite my MIL,Mrs Carole Cross ,died from it dementia being the cause..

I remember when it happened.It made the news, but it was very much played down as not being dangerous to the general public. Nothing has changed since. Money talks. Everyone else has to survive on what they leave behind

My two syndicates are both back up full now so that's good for the owners, went for a walk round burrator reservoir near me and that's down a lot still but the lakes are pretty much back to normal now
