Try the Lee Valley, several decent carp waters dotted around that I have fished over the years, but I'm not naming any on a pubic forum. Not hard to work out though...

the only thing with the Lea Valley, its they are all public lakes that any one can walk around.
Usually rough people, or dog walkers.
The lakes are in a cr@p, and frankly unsafe area.
No toilets/showers
No facilities
No safe parking
Miles to your swim from any parking
Rubbish swims, if any at all (uneven, tiny, hard to get to)
The only fishing it suits is one rod stalking tactics for a day session.
No chance im leaving my car overnight in that area.

There are loads of other lakes throughout the Valley that are not in the Park.

Looks like you really read the thread linked to above, OR NOT!
Firstly you are talking twaddle.
Nazeing Meads, on Brackens, the North, Central and part of the South lagoon you can (or could) park close to your swim in a locked car park.
Next, I fished Nazeing from 2008 until 3 years ago, I never had any problems with my car being broken into, AND I would go into Hoddesdon to do top up grocery shopping or walk the dogs around the lagoons, so I would leave my gear unattended for around to an hour. Nothing was ever nicked.
Some of the swims are proper swims, level, woodchipped, properly fronted, with staging and since you can unload your car behind them, easy to get to.
There is Safe car parking as your car is right behind you on the sailing club driveway, North Lagoon Lane or causeway, or on Brackens, Bridge or Ants swim about 10-20metres away. On the road swims on Brackens, there are dirt laybys you can unload in and park in Brackens car park, as approved by Lea Valley, (or park in front of the North Sailing Club).
Some of the Meadgate Lane swims have a locked bollard once your car is in the swim.
Yes, some swims are a walk, the lagoons are 20, 40 and 60acres, so not small waters. Do you expect to drive all the way around?
I used to park in the car park at Meadgate Lane, Brackens, and walk or barrow my gear up to Pylons, Ratties, Long Island, The Lonely or South Lagoon, or Meadgate Lane in the Canal bank car park, (both of which are locked 🔒 and you paid Key deposit), and fish Plateau, Helicopter, or Caravan bank.
There is another locked car park right next to Lignacite on Meadgate Lane, with access to the end bay of the North, and down to the corner, or there is also a locked gate on the North on Meadgate Lane on the thin causeway.
There are public toilets at Dobbs Weir, although I would say use daytime only, about the only thing you got right.
If you want sterile fishing with full facilities, go to a caravan site or somewhere that puts an electric power point in every swim.
