I've got a cheapo Diem one I picked up for next to nothing at Sports Direct. Had it for years and it's been fine. Before that I was using the plastic Nash Cobra and Gardner Skorpion and although I miss the loading slot of the Cobra, the Diem is head and shoulders above both

So the Daiwa has some fans on here so far and at the cheaper end the NGT one is recommended. Does anyone have the Pro Peks or the JRC one that can provide some feedback please.
Wish I could get the Harrison one but looks like the chances of that happening is zilch. 😂

The Harrison ones come up fairly frequently on eBay.
On every water I fish a throwing stick is a ball busting waste of time these days with the poxy gulls.

I have a custom one from the tackle box If I remember correctly lol I say custom but the only difference is it has my name on it and coloured whippings

There's a brand new Daiwa one on ebay for £75 buy it now
I've had a few carbon sticks
The Ridgemonkey one is terrible, heavy and noisy
Diem one is a great stick at a reasonable price, I believe its the same as the prologic and other brands
I now use the Daiwa one, it's as light as a feather and I can hit a fair distance, I really rate it, my only gripe is the bung tends to fall off every now and then
I also have a short Taska one which gets used on smaller waters
I do like the look of the Orient sticks although they are a bit more expensive

Yeah I think the smallest size was 18-20mm, I wonder if they would do a smaller size as a custom order

I've got the Fox carbon stick and I like it. The loading port works well and it's very light.
The only downside is the noise it makes. No seagulls where I am so not a problem in that respect, but the bloke 300 m away on the other side of the lake knows as soon as I start baiting up, especially when using air dried or still frozen boilies. It's a horrible noise too. The metallic 'thriiiing' of my antique aluminium cobra makes me smile. The Fox males me wince.

The Orient sticks are the nuts. The only stick I've ever come across that can match the ACA/Warwick stick. Absolutely brilliant.
