A trip to the quack and some antibiotics might be in order to sort that chest infection and avoid complications if you haven't already gone down that route. At least give them a call perhaps.
Might be a different bug but my misses brought something back from her French class but only lasted a few days, sore throat, few coughs and a slight headache for most of a day.
I was expecting it to be worse considering it's the first thing we've picked up in 2 years.
Had proper flu many years ago and it knocked me out for a few weeks. Since then nothing has lasted more than a few days so never felt the need for a flu jab. Famous last words of course.

Went docs and got antibiotics on Monday, ain't had them for years though!
I'm normally ok with colds etc and can't remember the last time an illness knocked me for 6 but this ****er has done me in!

Side effects with my two Pfizer jabs, Flu jab and Moderna booster absolutely fine although my Johnson looks to have shrunk back to it's winter hibernation size.

Well the saga continues, thought I was having a heart attack this morning. Came to A&E and would appear I have Covid after tests........unbelievable.......

Still feel absolutely terrible. Was due go to wedding today but just can't face it. Never felt so unwell.

Chest pains from Covid Wayne. It's a fairly common symptom for those needing hospital treatment now I'm told. Clearly worse than the last two times you had it mate. You're the new record for me... Don't know anyone else who's had it three times.

Get yourself a jab mate! Spoke to my son last night and it's kicking off again big style right now in the UK.
Where I am in Fortaleza... 98% adults one jab... 93% two or three jabs. 100% mask wearing... Far higher percentages than the UK... Barely any covid cases here at the mo.

This is second confirmed time Mark........first was February this year.....
My antibodies must be through the bloody roof now.......
Heart tests back, all clear and discharged so back to bed for me.......

Yep chest pains can happen with covid.
