Hi All
A chunk of time back i got a pair of Delkim TXi+ alarms.
One is still fine however one suffered water ingress after a particularly extended dowwnpour a few years back.
Basically its tone adjustment is shot as a consiquence.
If i change them out any recommendations (particularly where they have a high tolerance to H2O !!!
As ever ive some thoughts but wont add them yet just to see if thoughts here match general blurb..

Fox RX+ or if budget conscious, Micron X. They are much the same, and I've owned both.
Avoid Nash, my fishing buddy has some and they were definitely made on a Friday in comparison.

Don't bother changing them. Just get Dalectronics or someone else similar to fix it

Agreed. As already said just get the alarm with the dodgy tone sorted out.

Get on the MK4 Nevs. Worked throughout last weekends storms for me and the storm setting removed the false bleeps. Such amazing little alarms frequently overlooked for a load of features that really aren't necessary.

been there already (To DAL) got them 75% better once but said at the time it was pretty shagged.
And there was nothing else to be done.
Now its reverted to type im thinking of stacking in

I have the Sonic SKS2 and Gizmo 2 both have been excellent, I've used them in all weathers for over 2 years.
Being an old git I also really appreciate the bivvy light

When did the mk4 ones come out? Is the receiver range any better now

Tbh I'm not up to what 'mk' mine are but they are the newest ones that have an extra sensitivity 'storm' setting and bigger aerial in so you can be half a kilometre away and they still connect to the receiver

Atts truly waterproof. Delks awful although they look good.
