I've had a couple of lengths have issues,the metal at the end has become exposed.Rigmarole didn't bother replying to my emails about it

I think most tackle companies these days dont even reply to problems. Even jag wouldnt reply to me which was unheard of not so long ago. I had to mention them on facebook to get them to do anything and solar have still never responded to anything ive sent them.

Not had that problem myself but mine are the set lengths with the clear tube on the ends. I did have the tube come away on a couple but just replaced it, if that makes sense and we're ralking the same stuff.

I've had the same on a couple of lengths. Burn the frayed braid with a lighter and put some small bore heat shrink over the end. As long as you cut the heat shrink the correct length it should be good as new.
The beads they supply are too tight in my opinion which causes the factory sheath to come away.
I've stopped using them and gone back to tungsten, the last couple of lengths I bought were stiffer and not as supple.

Happens after a while / when using certain rigs. As per tinteks post burning off any excess braid and using shrink tube over the exposed end usually elongates the life of the tubing.
I'm now back on a tubing only water and still rate the stuff - leadclip set up is the easiest but I've also been using with drop off inlines (the Fox Edges Kit) as its a bit gentler on the tubing (as long as you bore out the release stem slightly to accommodate) .
Chods / Helicopter set ups aren't ideal as bending or kinking the tubing is where problems start (abrasion from ring swivel under pressure from fish exposing metal coils) so again adding a length of shrink tube above the lead buffer bead is a good idea to help negate this . . .

Yes there is definitely a difference i had some which i thought was the original which was very supple sunk very welli liked it.
A couple of years ago i bought some more from 2 different sellers with both of these the tubing was a lot stiffer and therefore imo not as good so stopped using it

Think you are right - I put another syndy member onto Rigmarole and he was showing me this weekend as he was threading it on. I still have 3x packs of the original (in 1M lengths) that I bought in bulk ages ago and whilst it looks exactly the same its def not as supple and also has longer shrink tube sections at either end (which is better tbf) . . . he still liked it so I didn't bother to mention the difference!

It's changed at least twice. The original was actually quite stiff with a really tight weave. It had an almost ribbed feel and had an elasticity to it. It weighed a tonne which meant it's lack of suppleness didn't matter, it'd sit over anything. This was the best version imo - the brown would just disappear into almost any substrate.
This was replaced by the lighter more supple version. Not as heavy as the original. It had a looser weave and was less stretchy but settled brilliantly over the lake bed. The colour wasn't as good on this one imo - a little too bright.
More recently it seems to have gone stiffer/heavier again. There's also a wide bore version that's been about for a while so you need to make sure you're comparing apples for apples.
There's been a lot of changes to RigMarole as a company this past few years and it stands to reason that this will mean changes to suppliers. This might have something to do with it.

exact same issue here i had to stop using it as i couldnt find the supple stuff and wasnt paying 10 pound a hit to try and find some . real shame as i had a lot of confidence in that stuff.

It feels stiffer but once in the water it seems to soften a little
