Has anybody seen or used the new Nash Titan T1 Pro Bivvy?
I need a bivvy with lot of head height due to my bad back. Been using my Nash Blockhouse which is great for this but its a bit big and when it rains(like this weekend) its a pain for water ingress at the bottom due to the arched shape with no overhanging peak.
I had my mind made up on the Fox Frontier XD (even though I have never owned anything fox that lasted) but see the Nash Titan T1 Pro is also now available which offers similar size/spec for similar prices. The nash comes with inner dome as standard but I would remove that anyways. The question then comes to condensation, where the Fox can have a peak put on the Nash cant will this be a major difference. The fox comes with a HD groundsheet as standard where the Nash would have to buy one. Could someone tell me the difference in material of the bivvies (which one is best?). Also which one has the most usable space (Fox looks more flat back which looks like it might be winning in that category).
Also what attracts me to the Fox is the extension option which the Nash doesnt have but as they had on previous models sure its in the pipeline.
Any info would be appreciated. The most important factor though for me is the head height as i have the titan t1 camo standard version which i literally used 3 times as cant get out of the bloody thing due to my back lol

Not owned the titan pro but had the T1. What made me switch to the frontier was the headroom. If Nash had of heightened the back of the bivvy instead of the usual slope from back to front I'd still be using it. I like to sit on my bedchair with the legs as high as they go, couldn't do it in the Titan but can do it in my Frontier X and even more room in my XD.

I have both the Titan (not the pro) and the frontier. Believe it or not the quality of the Nash is better than the fox Bivvy, not that the frontier is too bad, just some tape coming off of the seams and the zips aren't quite as good. The frontier is a much better design with more usable space inside. Both go up easily but not as fluid to put up as a tempest.
I also have back issues and if I had to pick out of them I'd go with the frontier.

Cheers guys but as per my original message I own the last version Titan camo already so know how low it is compared to the XD.
The Titan T1 Pro now has a whole new design was interested in and also using different material hence asking about material, useable space, head height etc. I must say the new material looks rather cheap compared to older model. Its a different bivvy to the titans you guys mentioned. It stipulates a bigger head height entry to the xd also but with the slope design wonder what its like inside compared to xd hence asking if anyone has actually seen or used it

Ignore that rizla paper skinned rubbish - Aqua Ultralite 100 is ideal for us taller bods - bullet proof material (zero condensation even without the skullcap) and storm proof stability . . .less ground space than either of your shortlist but how much do you need for a typical UK 48hrs? Clear vision out whilst sitting on a bedchair buddy and loads of headroom

The problem is my back is spent and its carrying a big barrel of a stomach. I struggle daily with bad backl crawling in/out of a bivvy for me is a killer. Love the titan t1 i have now for setup/space but its so low i have to fall in to it. Rather just spend the money and get something i can enjoy tbh. If trakker made a bivvy thats over 1.4m height would of bought one instantly but they dont. I hate fox as a brand and Nash material looks cheap if I am honest. Unfortunately nothing else in the range for my requirements

What about the Sonik AXS XL that's decent head height and spacious 1 man bivvy and ain't silly money either or the Prologic inspire SLR bivvy

Aqua is Trakker these days - Pioneer Ultralite 100 has 142cms HT / Pioneer 150 has a 150cms HT (I have owned a 150 and currently use the Ultralite 100). . . Tempest EV 150 is 145cms HT
I also have a V2 Tempest Bivvy (140cms) but the difference with the Pioneer/Ultralite and a Tempest is the upright 'rake' of the slope at the back and the apex of the door opening - if you look at an assembled Pio side on its a weird upright shape which effectively provides the headroom - trust me I'm 6'1" and push the bedchair right back - sit on a Transformer totally upright and my head is miles away from the inside of the bivvy . . .stepping out of the bivvy requires a mild stoop of the head . . . I think you should check out the Pioneer 150 . . .its a big heavy beast but has a massive door opening and the height you need . . bit like an X5M!

Dude I had the Ridgemonkey xf2 compact. Was quick to setup but thats where the positives ended for me. The material looked good but mine came delivered for 4 little holes. It was insanely heavy and also over 2m wide in the bag which was a problem for hauling around in whatever car I had. Also for a 2 man was a joke with its sloping style had less usable space than my titan

I'm in the market for a new bivvy. Toss up between frontier x, XD or 100t
Probably leaning towards the XD for etxtra headroom but not much more of a footprint.
Just need to see one setup to make sure it's not too big

Hi mate, I've recently got myself the new Titan T1 Camo Pro as I also have a rubbish back.
I've done a YouTube video showing some of the features etc. I'm only 5'7" but I can stand up in it and my head only just touches!
