I would imagine on par with what the MK3's are now for rods as for the net not sure where but I'm sure I've seen £189.99 posted somewhere, but that could be totally wrong memory is not what it was.

Time will tell, tried to get a price today but not been released yet, hoping sub 250 for the classic and 260 the distance.

The lighter mk2's are a set of rods I wish I'd never parted with. The mk3 distance rods on the other hand felt clunky and clumbersome. Cant wait to have a waggle of the 12ft'ers

I like the look of the net too. Keen to see one in the flesh to see if it's as good as it looks.

what is a shame is there is no market for lighter test curves nowadays ... would love to of seen a 2.5lb rod .... even better if on the Alcolyte blank .... cant see it happening though

Whoooaaa, an alcolyte barbel rod...11ft, 1.75/2lb would be ideal for small/medium sized rivers

Be nice wouldn't it, not sure the gaps big enough though, it's all about casting distances and associated tc's. Shame.
