Any tips on scaling down and making setting up and packing down quicker for work overnighters?
Have you got any luggage or items which you think are a real benefit to help this?
I've got the korda tacklebox and I actually find this too big to take on short sessions and find I'm not using most of stuff in there as my rigs are normally pre tied.

I have a Nash PVA pouch with a few bits for an overnight like leads, baiting needle. and some made-up rigs
I now use a tempest brolly. never used anything quicker.
have my pod semi-set up buzzers and hanger etc ready in the mat
rods are in a chub 5-rod pouch type thing. so easy to get in and out.
I use a running rig setup that you can pop the lead out when using running rigs
All pre-made rigs have a loop and I use Qwik change swivels.
A small bucket with a mix of boilies and pellets. currently using shelflife DNA. make a couple of
solid bags up the night before keeping in a bucket. with catapult.
not fishing at range so often take
a bait scoop and fling some out using the landing net handle when I first arrive.
one day i will get a bed and bag that folds. that will also save time.

The korda rig safe and a small zip bag does me for an overnighter, the rig safe I have is the one with compartments one side and rigs the other. The small bag came with the aqua roving bag but sure you could find something similar.
Scissors, hook sharpening stuff, and everything that won't fit in the rig safe goes in there.
I also have a jetboil cooker, really recommend that if you want hot food and drinks or just take a flask.

It's not that difficult to do tbh. I don't have a trolley/barrow so find inventive ways to hold gear. Heaviest bit is bivvy and bed for me.
I make use of the bivvys big bag landing net/retainer etc goes in there
Big rucksack for bait and all sorts of stuff. Rod bag has got my pod dismantled in there.
Dinners are made the night before which don't need reheating tuna pasta bake with salad. Bottled water
My shooting jacket has deep pockets so rigs weights in there. Bumbag for loose feeed etc.. etc.
Keeps the weight off the gut and keeps me fit. Admittedly I look a k'in right Wally but let the fishing do the talking

This is tip is going to be about as much use as a chocolate tea pot, but here goes
If you can got hold of one of the old thinking anglers tackle wallet and rig board combo's as it looks like they don't make them anymore, they are brilliant. That's all I ever use just the one tackle box/rig wallet. I can get everything in one that I'll ever need. I did remove one of the plastic internal boxes so I can get my book length materials in it and dental floss etc.
Shame I can't upload pics so as to give you an idea.

1 x carryall with micro stove, kettle, tea bags etc. Frying pan and a tin of beans and pack of burgers or sausages. 2 x tubs of pop ups/wafters, mini camera tripod, scales, rig box with ready tied rigs, rig wallet. 6 x leads and a head torch. Radio for the football 👍

Rod carryall with nets and rods in.
Maybe 1. Bucket with bait
Lightweight Trakker bed chair with pillow and bed chair cover as a duvet

. . .personally think you can only really scale down when you're fishing the same water / have fished it for a bit. This way you can really minimise end tackle to the 9th degree and genuinely only take what works / what you actually need. Failing that take the kitchen sink and leave most of it in the car (as long as its secure and not miles away)

You could go mad and ditch the bedchair. Sleep on a rollmat in a snugpak ionosphere or similar.
That, sleeping bag, pillow, bait, food and gear should/could all go in a rucksack leaving you with just a rodbag to carry. Mat strapped to rucksack.
Extreme, but there you go.
I only fish days on a little syndicate, Chair is stashed at the lake as is the mat. Two rod sleeve, small 30ltr rucksack, end tackle in a jag sharpening pouch - don't carry rig making stuff at all. Full rig box. Fish singles mostly, working great at the minute although i reckon i might need to carry some boilies now its cooled down a little.
I do more climbing than fishing so im used to a stripped back approach.
