I had ordered a xl version in a bag that attaches to the handles but just had an email sayimg they made a mistake and its out of stock. Is the standard size version big enough as cant get the xl anywhere.
In short no, I have a standard cover and it doesn't cover a 12ft rod holdall end to end on the barrow there was probably 18"/2ft of the holdall exposed also if you have a long brolly/profile etc... it wouldn't cover that either standard cover is fine when your set up and all the bags holdalls etc are confined in the footprint of the barrow then the standard cover will keep it all dry if its raining for your session which basically is what I do.
My holdall is poking out for a maximum of 15 minutes if it's raining when pushing from car park to swim so its not the end of the world for me, my mate has the xl in the handlebar bag that is the one you want really.
Trakkers is a big old cover.

It xl in the bag is the one i had ordered until they realised they sold the last one in the shop 30 mins before i ordered mine online. The only issue i could see with the xl was once your set up and like u say rods bag is folded up on barrow then the xl might be to big and lie on the ground in all the mud. Could always get the standard size and get the trakker cover when pushing everything to the swim i suppose them covers everything.

I might have an xl in green,they sent it by mistake when I ordered some power porters.Let me check with my mate as the cover is at his.Im not 100% sure if it was colour or size that was wrong

Cheers Tony, but i think i have found somewhere with one in stock. Never ordered from them before but kent tackle are showing 3 in stock with the bag that attaches to the handles mate. Cheers anyway though 👍🏻

My pal has the xl with the bag that attaches to his PP handlebars - i personally think its complete overkill and the bag takes up space that you can use for other storage - Water pals as an example
I have the DPM carp porter barrow cover large £50 ish if i remember and its more than big enough to cover my Power porter fat boy and folds into nothing that i can stuff in the under bag or side panniers when not being used
Just my opinion of course

Ordered the long side bags and it already came with the drop in big bag. Its the mk2 fat boy so dont think it comes with the drop down front frame bit for the front bag but i see you can buy them separate. The barrow is still in its box as only arrived the other day so i should of probably got it out and made sure its all ok before i ordered all these bags mind 😀

I have a tri porter and keep a lot of items on the barrow when not in use. I found the standard cover too short and bought the xl which does what I require. The bag is useful for storing items in as well.

Got the XL on my power porter, doesn't drag in the mud and i keep my waterproofs in the extra storage bit

I Use an old camo army basha if needed plenty big enough to cover everything on a barrow . Eyelets for bungees.Much cheaper than the bespoke products too.

Same as ,7x8ft ex army DPM basha...well made ,quality..plus if your mate injures himself it can be utilised as a stretcher..!

No idea about the carp porter - Trakker fully covers my barrow with 13' rods and is fully elasticated so takes seconds to cover everything including handles
