Wondered if anyone could recommend any exclusive lake hire venues for 4 anglers. We are a mix of experienced anglers and a couple of not so experienced. Looking for a nice week somewhere reasonably secure and with a chance of a few nice fish.

Depends what you're after really, length of stay, accomodation required, how far to travel, food package, etc.

Lucy's lake on grendon complex has some stunning fish and good for a run.

i'm not sure about vacancies for this year, 2023
but reading and district junction 12 lake would be a good choice, a lovely looking pit
and and a good stock, with some good fish in there,
about 11 acres, and somewhere like 8/10 swims

If you're near Essex I highly recommend Ashbury Fisheries 2 lakes on site to try, both hold some stunning fish.
Both lakes really well run and maintained.

Yeah I should have given a bit more info.... We are looking in the uk, ideally north of Oxford. There are four of us. An exclusive hire, or even a good venue where pegs can be pre booked.

There's Creedence fishery Essex
Lots of 20lb + carp un there a few 30s know doubt it will do a 40 this year
Small 2 acre lake with only 4 swims 1 double
Everything you could ever need on site toilets showers etc bait available on request log cabins with even Sky TV available if it's your thing

I'm also in Yorkshire, search for Westmoor and S&R. Same complex, several lakes, some with lodges also day ticket.
Specimen lake is great, exclusive for 4 but it is hard! Charlie's is their new lake.
It's near Caistor so not too far.

Hilton Valley just over the Essex boarder will do you. Darren has just opened up another secluded lake so winner. Stock even on the main lakea are good. They'll even do your grub for you.

Another one for hacche moor or furzebray, also Colebrook is worth a look all Great Lakes some stunning fish aswell

Churn pool in the Cotswolds, simply, awesome. The fish are outstanding, with several amazing scaly 40+ mirrors as well as a mid 40 common.
Great facilities as well, really decent lodge for exclusive use.

If there are a couple of people that aren't experienced I'd steer clear of places like churn pool. It'll probably be to difficult for them but more importantly I'm guessing they won't be used to handling big fish on the bank etc . Last thing you need is something happening to the fish just due to lack of experience and then getting chucked off
Bramblemere has might be a shout there is the main lake with fish up to mid 30s and all amazing looking . It also has a smaller stock pond about an acre or so. You could possibly ask them if the less experienced lads can start on there, everyone is catered for then
