I see many people fishing with plastic corn dipped in some liquid they call it parfeum but i tried to make some but didnt have any bites on it. What i can see from them that if you touch that liquid your hands get sticky and get the color of that liquid that you cant get off easy. Does anyone know what is that or how can i try to make one? Thanks!

Sounds like you are blaming not catching fish on the dip you used for your plastic corn?

Go back to un flavoured plastic corn, find the fish and catch some. Once youre catching, then maybe have a play with flavours and see if your catch rate improves. Don't t get wrapped up in the great bait conspiracy.

The thin Goo's are called Supremes. No idea what you'd use as a base to replicate it mate.

Since Xmas I have been using two fake enterprise corns on a simple rig, critically balanced, fishing against two other highly respected bait companies I use,I put a five bait stringer on as a straightener,I have not struggled at all...

However, location,is the key to everything, if the fish are not there ,then no one will catch..

My corns, are soaked in what remains of my LRR..,liquid Robin Red..made by Haiths

You intentionally stick a hook in a fish and take it our of its home environment for the sake of seeing what it weighs and for a photograph yet using a little bit of plastic rattles you so much? Give it a break

Where have you been the last few years? You do know the whole planet is up in arms about plastic pollution?

Absolutely NO need to use plastic as a bait Carp fishing.

Did the OP ask for people opinions on plastic corn in this thread? No. Are the plastic bait police out in force, giving their opinions that weren't ever asked for? Yes.

Tiger nuts are bad. Peanuts are bad. Zigs are bad. Plastic baits are bad. Baitboats are bad. Long curved shank hooks are bad. Braided mainline is bad. Leaders are bad. What next, hooks?

Another thread gone to the dogs thanks to users who feel compelled to voice their opinion rather than answer the OP helpfully

Rattles me so much? I meant in the context of real bait being better than a bit of plastic. Stop looking for arguements with me, it's getting boring now

until there is actually a ban then what the OP is doing is a legal way of fishing and he is free to use whatever bait he wants.
And if he wants to attach it to leadcore with a barbed hook then so be it.

It's attached to a hair, which ultimately gets taken out of the water at the end of the session.

Sadly, due to incompetent anglers cracking off/losing rigs, a perfectly effective bait is banned on many waters.

A tiny piece of "plastic" corn is ultimately going to do little harm to the environment compared to the crap left behind in bushes and lakes by chavs and diddycoys.

So only incompetent anglers lose rigs? Have you never been cut off by an unknown snag? Or maybe a mussel bed? Leaving a live , everlasting bait in the water is the major risk to fish and diving birds etc.
