Grow some balls and tell her your keeping both. Your hardly going to gain any space by getting rid of either but if your that scared of her a pod is more versatile and its all ive used for 30 years. I would personally pack my wifes suitcase if she said i had to get rid of any of my gear.

Sheds are unsafe. Tell her it's unsafe to leave any tackle in the shed, take it indoors and let her put her valuables in the shed

Pods for nods . . . .that's why I've used one since time began . . .
Anyone who lines up single sticks with a spirit level all in a little row with handles folded is the real nod - IMHO. Time spent with a bait out of the water must be ridiculous just to get it looking good. . .
Korda Singlez were marketed to alleviate this pain but its just solving a problem that doesn't exist . . .with a pod.
Do use single sticks occasionally - usually when splitting up rods that are pointing in all directions / to snags and / or using a sly in the margins . . .on this basis keep them all!

"No problem, we can also do a shoe and handbag inventory next weekend"

Get you loft boarded out and stick it all up there.
Keep the ladder in the shed, that way no discussions as it will be out of sight out of mind 😉

What a nightmare when you want to go fishing.
Slim your kit down improve your mobility and spoil your wife. You could really go the whole hog and sell all your gear and become as slave to her ever whim.
I don't have a wife, my partner has her own pad, NOT pod.
I've used a pod for 30 years so wouldn't dream of faffing about with sticks.

Mate you need to put your foot down I wouldnt let my mrs tell me what I can have and can't have fair enough if you wanted to buy a few bits that you didn't need or already have but if you already own it then don't see the problem
And by the way pod for me so much better than sticks no need to be banging them in if you come across some hard ground

I've gone for the best of both worlds I have a pod that can be used as buzzbars single or goalpost setup.
Not often I don't use my pod tho just sometimes for speed and ease I'll just go with the bars

A word of advice as someone said sheds are not safe I've had my gear nicked twice from my garage that's attached to house a couple of years ago a bloke put loads of padlocks on a shed thought it was safe came home to find the roof had been cut out and gear gone up to you but I've kept my gear in house for the last 7 years if you have a small rucksack a quiver in house and chair mats l/net in shed the best thing is to have gear spread out different places not in one place

Get an Asgard security shed,I have got the police approved version.They are not the cheapest but they will keep your gear alot safer

That's exactly what I do, mine is all in my house. I would never leave my gear in a shed or garage I think your just asking for trouble
