I'm after a specific polo shirt, i'm after something made out of the breathable material , i have the DRI-FIT Nike ones for golf, does anyone do them for fishing?

Look at Merino wool products, in the outdoor type shops without the carp tax, that's my advice

Not the bright Pink and electric Blue ones i have so if i have to buy i might as well try to get a carpy Green.
Looked at the Korda stuff, its not the same as the Nike stuff, Pukka Carp Rags did them but dont seem to now, funnily enough he's a golfer and talked about the fabric in his blurb.

I have a few dri-fit polo shirts from Mountain Warehouse which do the job very nicely. Not the same as the Nike golf exactly but close enough and do the same job.

Yes mate for the summer..
Although they are seen as thermal type layers, merino wool products are very high wicking and very breathable, especially the lightweight grades.
I'm a icebreaker convert, wear mine all year round nowadays.

Yep the Nike stuff is good. I got it free so just make do with the colour that comes along but luckily it is mostly black

1 pair if scissors
apply scissors to sleeves at the shoulder...

Easy, I have t-shirts, or polo shirts I bought from Primark, or got as part of work uniform from Gladwells.
Nothing wrong with black polo shirts with Brigadiers Choice on the breast.

Summer clothing t shirt and shorts and Fox track suit bottoms for the evening if it gets cold. You don't really need fishing specific clothing to catch

Yee Gods, I wear army surplus combat trousers in DPM, MTP or olive green in summer, thought I may need to buy something from a fishing brand...😖😆😉
Can't do jogging or track suit bottoms, I have found combats tend to last better and don't get ragged going through brambles and the like.

I play golf off a handicap pf 12, I love seeing these guys on the tee all the gear no idea!!! I played a match last year with a guy who played in pink and yellow trousers, I kid you not he was toilet,,,, ridiculous really however if you want to look the part

I use either Pentagon or Helikon clothing, all WAY better than ANY fishing branded clothing. Functional, well made and very well suited to carp fishing. I also have a few Craghoppers shirts for summer, the nosilife versions. Still makes me laugh when ever I see someone carping in white trainers or wearing a T shirt with w***er, sorry, wofte written on it. Each to their own I guess.

If it's proper summer I've got no problem wearing a dark T shirt, jeans and trainers, put a fleece jacket on in the evening maybe. I don't care what others think of me and I suppose they don't care what I think of them dressed up in their carpy uniforms

All jokes aside, I do own 2 wide brimmed G.Loomis Straw hats with camo brim lining. Looks like the top has erupted and there's a 4/0 hook holding one of them together. Looks ****ing ridiculous with my linen gear

I only usually wear Tees and Polos. I buy em for going down the pub, after a while they become my fishing gear and then they end up being gardening/ decorating clothes.
