Any one useing them aee they any good looking at the biggest ones they do just want peoples thoughts on them are the worth it

The fx11 are superb reels for the money and everyone i know who has got them rate them very highly not seen much about the fx13 but would imagine be just as good

Spot on mate got rid of the mgs got sick of them selling most me gear and just getting a cheap set up for day sesh now

If not fishing extreme ranges go for the fx11 you wont be disappointed.Nice drag and line lay and feel very smooth and strong my nephew loves his

i've been using EOS 10000 for 2 seasons and i can feel the gearing going on one of them. it refuses to wind against pressure when playing a fish in. have to pump and wind.

You really should pump and wind with any reel to protect the gears.

Hence the term ‘playing' not ‘winching'

Cannot speak about the FX13 as I don't own a set, but the FX9 and FX11 are superb.

I think the fx11 is perfect size for most uk fishing unless on massive reservoirs boating baits out.

Think the fx11 ticks all the boxs for a reel i need thanks evry one 👍

I have FX9's on my 2.75lb rods and FX11's on my 3.25lb rods. I found the FX11's a little big on the 2.75lb rods, but i did change from mini pits. The FX9's are the perfect size for mid range imo. Both models are excellent though

I've got a set of 3 FX13s for if i am boating out long distances. About half the weight of my old infinitys, better line lay and i got buy 2 get one free so the set of 3 for just over £200.

Great reels for that money.

I have 2 sets of the fx9
They are the perfect size For most of my fishing
I had a set on esp 9ft stalkers Have just changed them back to gs4000 just to save a little weight for one of my waters as it's a walk without a barrow

My bail arm snapped on my fx9, only noticed when I had a take in the night, causing me to lose the fish, it is where the arm and roller meet, has anyone else had this problem and is it a straight forward fix with the new part? And are fox good at stocking replacement parts?

Ive only ever owned the original stratos years ago and they were terrible and made my infintys feel light. Never owned any of the newer ones.

My son had a set of Fox EOS 10000's. Wasn't that impressed with them, bail arm bent on one, line clip broke on another, line lay wasn't brilliant.

The Tackle Box are official distributors for Fox spares, get in touch with them. Respond quickly and fairly reasonable prices. Don't know if it's a quick fix though.

I owned the stratos and they were the worst reels I had!! Literally something would fall off or break every 6 months (used once a week for 24hrs). Got fed up with keep replacing bits so they're now in the back of the shed somewhere. And then trying to speak to someone at fox that could be bothered was near on impossible!!

It looks like it just screws into the bail arm lever/spring. I've just found the parts on their website, going to email and see if I can order them.

Any thoughts on the 10'000 pro ? Been looking at getting one to replace my last remaining fs10000 (had 3) that's packed in on my floater rod
