That ruddy bot I opened a case with Resolver (is it) , I saw a few folk had done that on a quick search, got a response the other day but haven't read it yet.
I was also looking to see if the BBC were investigating like last time, but couldn't see where to do it and gave up...only so much time.

Don’t get me started on Evri!! Where I live you just have to try and identify the random door in the delivery pic and then go and try and retrieve your parcel.

The other day they peaked by posting the delivery pic with the name of the house in shot which wasn’t even close to ours, didn’t even contain any of the same letters, absolute joke. You’ll find their ‘customer services’ is pretty much all AI bots, especially ’Claire’.

Last weekend a Evri driver delivered a parcel to our door, with it he left 4 other parcels for other addresses on our road, all marked as delivered with a pic of our front door. My wife delivered them and I've sent a complaint that's being dealt with on messenger....I could find no other way to contact them, it was a nightmare. I actually gave up after a hour thinking messenger chat was just a red Herring, but they got back to me the other day. Sent them details of all the parcels and the doorbell footage. Loads of stuff on the local community FB page going missing or delivered to unrecognisable front doors

Oh dear mate, that's not very good at all!

Currently, Evri have lost £55's worth of my GO order, all the Korda and aqua stuff I bought. They say it's at the local depot, but they can't locate it.

Good job it was impulse buys and not Xmas gifts, otherwise I'd be spitting feathers!

Fingers crossed mine turns up eventually and it's all correct

Take that back, all good my arse, bloody GO
30 mile round trip to collect, 2 items from 6 wrong.
So, 8 items ordered, 2 refunded, 2 wrong, 50% right..should I be happy.
Oh, and I have to return the wrong items, another 30 mile round trip.
On hold 37 minutes, in addition to 26 minutes the other day, said they'll get back to me and if they don't to call back in 2 days.

I use Go Outdoors all the time for odd bits and pieces. My son is in "Beavers" which entities me to an extra discount of between 10-15%

It'll never be the best tackle shop in the world. But it definitely has it's uses at time!

Ordered a few bits from Go Outdoors all showing in stock. Placed and paid for the order and over the last 3-4 days of checking the order status nearly everything has been cancelled apart from a couple of small bits I added on just because they were cheap, not so cheap now once you take into account the membership fee and postage costs 😂

Evri have misplaced one of my Go Outdoors parcels. Annoyingly, the one with the most stuff in otherwise all my bits had arrived

Good news all my gear from Go Outdoors has arrived.

Managed to pick up

20 Packs of Krank Choddy Hooks
5 Packs TA Chod Hooks
3 Spools of TA Recoil
1 Spool of TA Camsoft

All stuff that is the mainstay of 99% of my rigs so money well spent.
This lot and all the Korda Kaptor Choddy Hooks I bought the other year should mean I won’t have to buy any hooks for the next decade 😂

Glad you like them mate

I just re-installed Google as a browser, it's showing 3 of each. Not sure why my other browsers were showing OOS on both the item and clearance page, that was Firefox & DuckDuckGo, maybe a cache issue but it's all set to autodelete on mine so no idea

Mine were delivered today.
Very solid, good quality sticks, ideal for setting up rods in the water to prevent rain splattering reels with mud and grit when on a big pit.

Still showing 4 of each in stock, maybe their system isnt right?
Worth a phone call the verify before hand
