I had a disagreement over a couple packets of hooks where the RRP had gone down but he charged me the old price.
It may of only been a pound or two but it was a matter of principle to me, anyway he stuck to his guns and I'm still talking about it years later.

100% agree....used to spend a fortune with Tim at EA but had a disagreement with him complaining about me putting in a small order over 10 years ago and said I would never use them again....and haven't. Not that I imagine he gives a flying toss about the loss of my business....
