I’m currently a member of Burton Mutual (Burton on Trent area).
I’ve fished most of the Sutton Park lakes growing up and a number of the Burton Mutual venues; Manor Park, Branston Water Park etc but with them being quite low stock waters I’ve struggled and blanking is getting a bit tiring.
I was looking for some recommendations for Day Ticket waters or Syndicates with availability / short waiting lists within 20-30 miles ish of Kings Bromley (near Lichfield).
I prefer to fish waters at least 10 acres in size ideally 20+.
Mature lakes preferably with some older stock.
Fish to over 30lb plus.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

There's a couple of syndicates, namely Swarkestone (great water, but expensive) and Fosters Fisheries (don't know what these are like but there's a few members on here).

Thanks for the response.
I remember Fosters having Penns Lane but I can’t think of the others.
I’ve come across The Bowl syndicate that looks great and also Arrow Meadow if anyone has any knowledge or experience of these?

Just had a look at Swarkestone and you’re right it is expensive, out of my price range unfortunately.
Looking to spend up to £500/600 for a yeah maximum really.

Think there was a recent thread about Arrow Meadow, have a scan through or use the search.
The Bowl is next to Gailey which is on the PAAS ticket, it's a club, not a syndicate. 3 year waiting list for this, but they have a LOT of waters. Good stock of fish in Gailey, but it's a busy circuit water. I'd get on the waiting list for this, you don't have to pay anything and there is no obligation to join when you are offered a place.

I did see on the bowl website there was a few places in the syndicate available for 2026 but I’m guessing they’ve been filled.
