For years Ive used a product from ESP Anchor braid, although I’d like to try something else. Ideally something that has heavy sinking properties but still supple.

What do you recommend or use in your bags?

Anchor is superb

I use a lot of PVA bags, in fact where possible that is my go to tactic on any lake. I was finding that when using some of the finer diameter braids I was sometimes being bitten off and of you were close to any snags they simply don't stand up to the abrasive snags. As a result I now use Kryston quicksilver which is a shock leader material but absolute fantastic in PVA bags. Incredibly strong, a nice brownish colour but still supple enough. I accept it's a bit thicker but I catch plenty of fish so it doesn't seem to put them off. Tbh the braid is almost certainly going to be hidden by pellets and crumb in a bag so I never even worry about it..

Been messing around with PB Hollow Silk (spliceable braided hooklink) recently based on a new obsession with creating knot free multi-rigs . . .takes time to tie / craft but works fantastically well in solid bags

I’ve found the Kevlar braids pretty good, they are a bugger to cut with scissors so seem very abrasive resistant, I’ve certainly not been bitten off but do use pretty short hook lengths.
I’ve also has fish snagged and weeded but landed without issue and no visible damage to the hook link
