Which bedchairs have the longest legs before extending them. I like to be quite high off the ground when swinging out of bed and into my shoes for a bite. Currently using the sonik axs duralloy flat bedchair but have to have the legs fully extended, what's out there that I wouldn't need a 2nd mortgage for, thanks

My Mk1 SP C Tech has longer legs than any previous bedchair I own . . .I know the Mk2 has even longer legs - both are stable / reliable at full extension . . .

I agree on the MK1 - when i fish in France for a week and take my 2 man bivvy that has enough head room to extend the legs fully.
I think it makes a massive difference to comfort having your bed as high as possible when you are sitting on it and getting in and out of bed. Someone put me onto it years ago and i couldn't believe how much less aches and pains i had... I'm usually crammed under a brolly so have the legs as low as possible

Not sure how it compares to the others suggested but the trakker big snooze has 35cm legs before being extended.

Sorry I misread the OP in terms of longest 'unextended' leg length . .! However I will say the SP leg mechs are better than others in terms of speed of use and strength when half/fully extended (they dont budge). . .eg the legs on my Wychwood Tactical X Compact struggled to stay extended so ended up not bothering most of the time . . .which meant it was mega low
