Total fishing tackle don't have a incoming phone number anymore since Covid times to speak to anyone you can send them a what's app message which the number is on their website which they reply to and they will call you if you ask them to call you

I have 20 emails to total sometimes they reply. And avid just don't reply now
6 weeks now waiting for a replacement reciver for the alarms under warranty
Told total that I want a full refund now. Its not total tackle fault it's avid.
Total only reply as soon as we get it we send it to you

Yup
Avid do not have to talk to you at all.
You can only request a refund as long as it's within 30 days
Otherwise it's a repair or replacement but if that fails you can then Request a refund.
Over 6 months old and you will have to prove the fault was there before hand and you need an independent specialist to do that. And you have to pay for it
But,
If you take them to court you will if you win get that back

Yes total fishing tackle is whom you need to contact as you purchased from them, so have a contract with them not avid
I used their WhatsApp going back, it worked well.

Won't be buying Avid tackle ever again.

Up to now it's took 10 weeks to replace a bite alarms receiver and still waiting
Now one of the alarms is ticking after activation.
Really poor service and poor product
