My 42" Onyx landing net mesh was more holes than net after a few years use. I needed a replacement and not liking the depth of the TH net I emailed ESP to see if I could buy a replacement.
Email reply by return "send us your address and we will send you a new mesh free of charge".
A week or so later new 42" Onyx mesh in the post.
Fantastic goodwill and service. Things like this are the reason ESP/Drennan have such an excellent reputation.
I can't think of many other UK tackle companies that would do the same...............

Definitely not sonik who just told me they don't have any spare parts left when i contacted them about my broken dominatorx rs net arm recently, no options or alternatives etc.

Good to hear, I've also had good service from ESP over the years. Unlike Wychwood, who are extremely poor.

Can only echo this.
They sent me a replacement spreader block FOC after I lost mine.
I was impressed, so I bought a second ESP net.

Another vote for ESP/Drennan my dad (94yrs old) broke the handle on a drennan reel. Rung em to buy a replacement and they sent one foc in 48hrs. Great service.
