Looking for a shelter/brolly for quick overnighters and summer nights, need to be light and easy to set up, got around £200 to spend any recommendations?

Having used a brolly for years, then changing to one of the more modern style shelters (fox frontier) I can confirm that the best short session shelter is undoubtedly the brolly. Lighter, quicker to put up and far more versatile. If you can get one with a mozzy front and a front to make it a system you'll be laughing. Wychwood MHR gets good reviews.

Korum Progress Graphite Brolly Shelter 50ins Is a great piece of kit.

I've had to replace both my shelters this year and both have been under 200.

First one I got was a fox 60" brolly with two storm poles and it was less than £100 there is a mozzy mesh for it for round fifty quid but I haven't bought that. Quick to put up, reasonably stable and fits a wide bed chair under it

For longer sessions, I got a Cygnet Cyclone 100 with skull cap for £160. It's similar to the old Aqua/trakker pioneer again plenty of space for a wide bed chair and with the front on gives extra space .

Wychwood Tactical worth a look too. Usually £120 or £130.

Solar undercover is worth a look. Were on offer at £150 ish at one point. Used one for couple years now.

Just reading this has made me dust down my MHR brolly. Definitely gonna use it on my next overnighter.
Easier than taking my hide along? I don't think so
