Does anybody know how to factory reset the V2 ATTX receiver?
Ive tried the suggested holding the programme button down until the lights go out but this is not working for me 😞

I'm not sure you can with a V2 receiver. On the deluxe you hold down the + and - buttons and turn on, after a few seconds the speaker sounds and the lights cascade. I've always found Gardner customer service excellent, I'm sure a quick phone call will have you sorted. If you're having problems with pairing to the heads, check it has good batteries in. They need a higher current during pairing than in normal use. On my deluxe box the coating had lifted on the battery terminals causing a resistance, so wouldn't pair up, but was working fine with the old heads. Had to send the box back to Gardner.

You can download the instructions as a pdf from the gardner site , but to be honest I can't see any references for a reset

Switch the receiver off. Hold down the program button and switch the receiver on. Keep holding the program button in for about 5 seconds. All of the lights should then flash simultaneously. Let go of the program button and the first light should now be flashing. That should reset the programming to the alarm heads but other than that I'm not sure how to reset anything else.

Thanks. I've tried that. There's nothing about resetting in the instructions. I think as said below it can't be done. I bought it as a spare but not much point if I can't programme buzzers into another receiver. I'll give them a call. 👍

If you do get an answer from them could you please post on here ,I've 2 sets of receivers with dongles so it would be handy to know just in case, thanks
