Any links to a bait boat mount for my deeper please.
Seen a few on fleabay but would like a few recommendations for one that actually works before I waste my money on one that doesn't.

From experience buy the deeper one with the range extender.
Gs tackle on facebook probably make the best deeper mounts.

I think the Deeper one is stupidly expensive for what it is. I have 1 from a Ebay seller that works just fine, It'd take me a while to find the receipt/seller, it was a couple of years ago.
Also worth noting you might have to make a secondary tether as most of the bracket and receiver are velcro jobbies.
If you're thinking extender Matt at Fisheye did mine.

Yes there are loads of 3D printed alternatives from xyz.
The good thing about the deeper mount is that it keeps the deeper in the right position so that it does not end up getting submerged and you loose signal.

The chaps at deeper know what works best, they've done all the testing which has been carried out on much larger lakes and distances .

And yet using the Deeper mount and extender still doesn't mean you won't lose signal with the boat on the turn or coming towards you, especially at any distance over 50-60 yards, so they don't think of everything!
If they did, they'd of made a port on the housing to plug in and extend the aerial, possibly up the bracket or via a additional mast on it, so the signal isn't occluded by the boat in such circumstances.
I've never known my Deeper to be submerged, the bracket weighs next to nothing though I guess it depends which one you buy.

Interesting experience but that's not mine. I've been using it with the deeper mount & extender.
Going back with a Chinese eBay mount special and no extender it was terrible .
With the deeper mount and range extender I‘ve never have a problem.
My boat has been out in all weathers and in excess of 200 yards and that's just a mk2 technicat albeit it's got the full Flysky treatment and a few other mods.
I don't think deeper need to do anything it works for me.

Velcro jobbie with a secondary teather sounds good to me. Is the velcro really strong enough to stop the bracket falling off, but at the same time simple enough tp pull apart when packing the boat away?

I have used a length of leadcore in the past (still do on a actual boat) and just loop it on roun the handle. Always worked fine for me
Got a arm from either deeper or ND which gives same results to be honest.

I too have had my boat at those sorts of distances and the only way I could prevent signal loss was to raise the receiver, something which even RT4 rec at the time with all the gubbins on my RT4. Anyhow, as long as were both happy
