Whenever the likes of Aldi's are doing boxed sets of silicone rings of mixed sizes I always buy a box. As well as having sizes to fit alarms etc, the set also includes small ones that fit indicators etc. Their only cheap as well and a box last years but I do find silicone washers have a tendency to split sometimes.
My other alternative and I find it the best way is to make them out of bike innertubes, just cut a square, cut an hole in the middle for the alarm thread to fit through and when you have screwed the alarm on, just trim the innertube round. If things don't line up still, just add another one and make it double thickness.
For shop bought ones, I always find the Korum ones the best, they are unique as they are square and you can hold them with needle nose pliers or your fingers better and tighten them down so that they do not come lose so easy than round ones which you can hardly get a grip off.

is this for creating gaps & raising buzzers etc or do you want them to tighten against & align your buzzers / backrests?
for alignment, look in the plumbing sections of any hardware DIY stores for their o'rings - should be pennies compared to tackle suppliers with the carp tax.

I use these usually. Sometimes I use a rubber o-ring, but they squish and perish.
