Thinking of getting a backpack to reduce what I put on a barrow.
Anyone have / seen the new solar ones? They look good but also are fairly pricey at £130+.
Or any others I should be considering? Needs to be fairly large. Very comfortable to wear. I do also like the idea of the bank stick holders on the outside which I've seen on a few others as well.. Whether I would actually use them tho I'm not sure..
Aqua ones also look decent.

I've used the Nash basic rucksack for years and always found it very comfortable to carry. Doesn't have the bankstick loops, but does have a long zipped side pocket I keep my banksticks in. I don't know the current price but I'm sure it'll be far less than £130.

I had the one pervious to this and it was great-barrow bag or rucksack.
The one I had had dividers inside and you could use the SP pouches so everything was sorted into them.
Great bit of kit as it holds loads and can slide under the bed easy

The ESP rucksack looks good. Had the previous 40L version for years with no issues, ESP gear always tends to be good value and reliable.
I use the Thinking Anglers now, but may be too small for you.

I still got my ESP 40L in the garage, you can fit so much in it but its a bit "basic". I too moved on to a thinking anglers ruck sack and i do wish it was a tad bigger as my Korda Rig Safe (Large) makes zipping up the main compartment a bit tricky
I have been contemplating changing it for a while now that i have bigger car but there isnt anything out there which ticks all the box in terms of size, internal pockets, zip pouches on the outside and then bank stick loops as well.

You need a ruckall / ruckbag job IMO . . . ie one with a hardbase that lies 'flat' and that opens like a carryall when not being lugged on your shoulders - eg Fox Camolite Ruckall?

I have the Solar c tech ruck all and the Solar undercover ruck all. Both I like very much. Good quality.

I have the cult tackle ruckall, i've recently bought the TA backpack and after trying it out briefly i think i'll miss using the cult due to the comfort and how easy everything is to access in it. Slides under the bed easy, well made and decent zips. Price is pretty good too

Just seen Aqua DPM one that looks pretty good (Aqua Delux Roving) - has a waterproof cover as well
