If you don't want carp tax then just head to Go Outdoors and try some on. Loads of options there at different price points and decent brands. More traditional hiking jackets will be longer.
Won't be camo though
Also consider if you want warm and waterproof, IMO buy a good waterproof then layer fleece etc underneath for warmth. Much more flexible and means you can be dry and not overheating if warm and wet.

Have a look at the Nash ZT polar Parka. It's been discontinued now but you can still pick them up from various places including eBay. Completely waterproof and very warm. Even better I've seen it as low as £42 on eBay.

Seems like a limited number of sizes on the internet. TFT have small to medium and eBay have the 3XL.

Every fishing garment claiming to be waterproof I've bought hasn't been good at all. You're better off buying a decent one a size bigger and buying a good down garment underneath. My winter jacket is a snugpak but not waterproof, lovely and warm tho.
I've just posted a link to New Forrest Clothing in the bargains section, some nice 3/4 on that site, fit for purpose hunting & countryware stuff, some not cheap with name tax but big names, some very reasonable, worth a look if your bored

This is what I have used for the last few years and highly recommend it ,you will need thermals under it though in really cold conditioning.

I've got one, have it stuffed in my barrow in case it rains. Has been good, I like the length and pockets. Neoprene cuffs nice also to stop wind/rain going up sleeve. material is thick and tough, can't imagine it's that breathable but not really needed for walking around when fishing!
Personally think it's great value at that price.
