Hi all to cut a long story short, im currently recovering from shattering my hip and femur, its been a few months and I'm gagging to get the rods out, my syndicate is a no go as there is no way I can barrow around and get my gear to the swims, are there any lakes around for the short term I could drive up to the swims and fish from the van ?

White Springs near Swansea (not too far from you in Somerset) allows you to fish from the van in a few of the swims, including peg 6 which is one of my favourites on there

Coking Farm or Todber Manor you can fish straight from your van without the need to bivvy up if you wished.

Broadlands in Hampshire there are a few swims you could fish from a van.

M27 noisy 24*7 though

Pavyotts mill you get a hut on the swim so you can take your pick van or hut same price
