I have always sung this companies praises, well not anymore. My mat and my mates mat have both faded badly and now I'm worried it will lose its waterproofing.TA don't give a **** and nor does the shop it was purchased from, they are passing the buck to eachother.Im not sure what to do now

Consumer rights act 2015
Goods must be fit for purpose
Of reasonable quality
And last a reasonable length of time

Your contract is with the shop you bought it from and it is their problem.
They have the account with TA not you

If no joy
Ask you bank to see if you can get them to issue a charge back on your card

And if that don't work name and shame..

You've had it a circa a year, I mean you could be a 100 night a year angler?

Don't think you'll get anywhere with that one I'm afraid

I have had one in the loft for at least that long - should probably have a look at it.

I've done close to 100 nights with mine, haven't had any issues with it. Great mate imo

The mat itself is very good, just don't think it should be fading like it has

How many nights it has been used would be irrelevant in regards to his consumer rights. If he used for 364 days and it failed on the 365th he would still be covered.

Bit of fading makes it look more carpy. As long as it isn't falling apart I wouldn't worry too much about it.
