As title am after a floating weigh sling to use abroad for fish upto 60lb.

Checked through recent posts re slings and seen thinking anglers, esp and aqua all recommended but they are all around 115cm wide and 2 of them state for fish upto 40lb so looking for something larger

Weight / sling being compact is irrelevant as its for France.
Thank you

Get the Cotswold Aquarius one. It's massive.

Do they do different sizes...not sure I want extra large, do you still recommend the esp or any others to look at?

I don't think they do different sizes.
I have the ESP and while it's great, imo it's no good for 60+.

Edit: just noticed the 60+ info is from donkeys ago. The ESP is decent mate, I rate it.

I think it's the JRC cocoon 2G recovery slings that Pascal supplies for Rainbow I've had them to 78lb in it plenty large enough to cope with any big fish.

Korda have just released one for fish up to 60lbs. Looks good but it's £70 of course.

I use the gardner xl one as below. 1.5m long and pretty decent

GARDNER - CONTINENTAL RETENTION SLING XL
