Anyone ever had any problems from these guys? Placed an order on 2nd October for collection as I only live a couple of miles away. And not heard anything since.

Tried calling 3 times, message left. Tried e-mailing them. Can't even go to their factory because I don't know exactly where it is - I tried previously last year and had to give up, there is no signage as he had it removed.

Unfortunately, it's on an industrial estate with loads of units. And like I said, I tried to find it last year but it doesn't have a sign up. When I spoke to him last year, he told me he had the sign removed to stop people visiting at lunch time and just talking!!

Think next week will venture up there and start going into units and asking where it is. I did ask a couple of people knocking around last year though and they didn't know where it was!!

are they on social media? I have often found that the best way to get a reply from companies who are hard to contact is to contact them on social media and asking in an honest and respectful manor about your order. They will usually reply as they dont want bad publicity.

Thanks Mark. The moral of the story is to scroll down, it works wonders, didn't spot that before.

yeah, do it on their main page for everyone to see, don't private message them , that way they are obliged to reply so that everyone can see that they do respond.

When I saw your msg the other day I sent a pm about it to Dean on fb.
He said he was between phones and waiting for a number to port over.
I hope he has now got in touch with you.
Are you sure?
