Evening all,

I am looking for recommendations for some through action 2.5lb or 3lb TC rods.

I don't fish huge pits, and if I fish bigger waters I generally prefer fishing closer in anyway.

Budget is circa £150 per rod, can go north of that if needed.

Baby Ballista 11ft 2.5lb are truly lovely.
i have a set which are i believe custom with 30mm but rings and fuji seat and cork handle.

i would also put a recommendation for mk1 powermesh 2.25/2.5 as well look lovely with the weave.

Harrison Multi Carp might be worth a look ?

I also have the free spirit es, I asked what was the best players rod and it was the most recommended. It's a great rod very light weight is so much fun to use.
You would probably have to get 2nd hand for under £150 but im sure you could find them.
