I'm sure Carp porter do a puncture proof tyre. Failing that you should be able to pick up a puncture proof wheel barrow tyre from the large DIY stores or maybe Amazon

I've still got the same weird green puncture proof wheel on my Porterlite that I've had for over 10years now!
B&Q, about £16, they even do a funky yellow one these days

Just a word of warning... puncture proof tyres are great for getting you out of the **** but awful for getting a fully loaded barrow round a lake with uneven ground and lots of roots. They just don't go over bumpy ground well at all as I found out the hard way

I got a puncture proof Walsall tire for my barrow from Screwfix, works a treat. It's on a Fox Explorer but I believe Explorer and Carpporter are pretty interchangeable with parts. It's bright yellow, but doesn't bother me.

Did you remove the puncture proof tyre and put it on the carp porter wheel or just put it straight on?

It's a complete swap as a single piece, you remove the old tyre and put on the new one onto the barrow axle.
Personally haven't had any issue with the puncture proof one going over terrain. Had more of an issue with the pneumatic tyre getting over terrain as it would compress.
