Use them all the time they have some of the best customer service you will get. The few times I have had a problem with an order due to a faulty product they have sorted it in no time. I tend to only use these guys and Johnson Ross.

Yes, I have ordered a few things and never had a problem at all

normally not the cheapest though but sometimes have stock when others have sold out

I've used them quite a lot the last 2 years. They have some great sale items, delivery has always been prompt, though keep a look out when buying as some options have extended delivery times in the drop down menu.
They have price matched for me and its also well worth calling them if a item you want is out of stock on the website as twice its actually been in stock for me just not in the system.
The rewards plan is a bonus especially when buying sale items, only gripe, if you price match it doesn't qualify.
