Nowt wrong with the Daiwa Black Widow G50's. Bought a set of 3 in the TFT Boxing Day Sales a few years ago, really impressed with them. Nice cork handles as well.

The darent valley ones from the tackle box used to get good reviews, might be worth checking out 👍

You can do a lot worse than budget Sonik rods and if you shop around you should be able to get them or that budget, or at least very close to. Another option is the Prologic rods. Got my son a pair a few years ago from eBay for £30 and they do the job nicely. We've caught plenty of fish on them up to mid 20s and they are fun to use

Look at the Sonik Vader 10ft rods, pretty sure the RRP is around £40 a rod.
