Have about 80 quid to spend, fors and against any specific model anyone?
Not the Korda Compac 3 rod..I couldn't zip it up as there wasn't enough space for my 5500 reels..

Trakker NXG 3 rod sleeve - roomy, tough and easy - 2x exterior pockets and space to strap 2x utilities to the outside as well. Large throwing stick also locates perfectly in middle rod section . . .

Solar rod holdall. I get 3 rods with 50mm butt rings with shimano xtra med baitrunners. Materials durable. No other pockets for anything else though, straps for net handle. Should be able to pick one up for around 70

Sonik sk tek compact 3 rod sleeve decent quality with plenty of outer storage and can get it for under £80

Cygnet 3 rod holdall is half about and well within your budget not the most luxurious I looked at one in the tackle shop the other day, unlike most of these holdalls these days has two decent sized external pockets one open pocket for net/sling etc... and one zipped pocket for sticks and so on also has an external base pocket and strap on the other side for an extra rod like Spod/Marker rod.

I can second this, got one myself I picked mine second-hand off eBay good material and fairly compact still, worth looking on eBay I payed about 30 quid for mine, but would not hesitate paying full price for it

I like the compact holdalls got the Sonik sk tek compact 3 rod and Korda Compac 5 rod, both are well made and offer plenty of protection. They're very similar to each other and happily recommend both makes, just depends whether you want camo or skid mark brown.
I got the fox camolite 2+2 what I like is the top section is solid and will protect your reels/rods really well
Another vote for the Sonik compact. Made well enough with the pockets I'd need and just like not having all the reels next to eachother making them more bulbous

Yes,had the same trouble with tech 1200 xtb,far too tight,never used it got rid
