Can anyone recommend a thin warm typing glove for use with a laptop, that also work with a trackpad or touchscreen?

For an alternative method, when it's very cold, I use a "Touch screen pen" then I can use my normal warm gloves. Their only cheap of Ebay
Also just recalled, cyclists use warm gloves for winter use with the finger tips designed for use on touchscreens of phones and satnav etc.

I need them mainly for typing on a laptop which is why they should be thin. I don't use the trackpad that often and occasionally need to make a phone call so I need them touchscreen compatible for use with my smartphone.

I have a pair of these and they are great for using tech with and are still very warm in non sub zero weather.

Look at sealskinz shooting gloves, waterproof, warm enough to keep chill off and work with phone

Just use fingerless wool gloves. Much warmer than you think, even when wet and on a really cold day, just slip a handwarmer sachet into the palms.

Yes, I use fingerless gloves now. I suffer from arthritis though and my fingertips still get cold and it becomes painful after a while.

I guess one could buy a cheap pair of fleece gloves. A few quid at Primark
And literally just cut the tips off where your nail is. And only on a couple
of fingers.

But a mitten part to cover them. Problem is they are way too tight. Have a cotton liner
So aren't warm. And they are cut well below the 2nd knuckle.
So basically useless.

Sounds like a thin tech friendly pair with loose woollen fingerless over the top might be worth looking into.
