Hi folks. In the market for a chair again. Have tried various over last couple years and still not found one. Sat in a load today( solar , Sonik ,fox , Nash ) and the only one that felt decent was tracker longback ...... now I did have one few years back, but the stitching fell to bits under the knee area and I wasn't impressed. Question is have they improved the quality in last 5 years , or is the recliner version any better ... cheers

Just get the Solar SP C-Tech and be done with it. Assuming you're tall - lurchy - get the high version.

Yeah 6,3” ....back only came just past my shoulders, wasn't all that comfortable for me personally tbh

I see....perhaps that's why the Trakker felt a bit better. I am sure someone who uses the Trakker will be along shortly.

I brought the trakker recliner 3 years ago, no issues whatsoever.
My friend also got one, again no problems, can only assume they have made improvements going by the reports on here.

I have been abusing my Trakker Longback ( Non Recliner ) for around 5 yeears now and it has stood the test of time, sun tan lotion, bait soak, Beer and Wine and still it goes on.
Without a doubt the best chair I have ever owned and I am somewhat of a heavy weight.

As has been mentioned I cannot fault the solar sp c tech - Ive also got a nash sub lo which is a good bit of kit nut too low and the trakker levelite transformer chair and thats poorly built - the solar is streets ahead of both

The Sonik SK-Tec extending legs do have a tendency to slide back in under any weight on them. They are only good on the flat and level

Had my long back for a couple of years now and it's perfect for me........can put your head back and chill..... 
I must admit when I bought my Levelight Long Back chair when they first came out I loved it and it was the most comfortable chair I had ever had
people moaned it was too upright but I never found that I fell asleep in it loads of times
but due to fishing the rivers and slopping banks the bstd thing folded up on my a couple of times as there was no locking for the legs so I sold it went back to my old tatty chair
then after seeing rave reviews on the Solar SP C-Tech Recliner Chair
I splashed the cash and can tell you its better in every way super comfortable legs lock in place and bonus it reclines its perfection IMHO

I bought mine from the Tackle Tavern as it was MUCH cheaper by miles than anyone else at the time

I got the Nash Daddy Long Legs due to dodgy knees.
One of the legs shoots out every now and then and I have to push it back in when collapsing/ putting up which is a bit of a pisser but no big deal. It is heavy at around 8 kgs or so if I remember rightly but it's very comfy and reclines through a couple of positions.
If you not lugging it around on a shoulder strap great chair IMHO and has locking mechanisms on the leg frames. Never had an issue with that.
